Sometimes life happens quickly.  Last minute changes can throw off your plans or perhaps you became inspired by something and you want to take action quickly. Moving to a new place can require some fast action.

Here we are going to cut through the long story and throw out the steps to move quickly. You’re in a hurry, so let’s go!

When you’ve got to move now, there are 2 Ways to make that happen.

Option #1 –  Buy a Manufactured Home. Quick.

Even if you are not thinking of buying a manufactured home, perhaps you should consider it because owning could cost you less. Many of our residents were lifelong renters before they met us. They made the shift.  Unlike buying a stick built house, which can take weeks for sure, you can buy a manufactured home and move in super quickly — in as few as 4 days.

Here are the steps for buying a home in one of our communities if you use our in-house financing. You can use any financing or cash. This is just one easy way to make it happen, and fast.

1. Go online and pick one of our professionally managed communities in a location that works for you. 

2. Check out homes that are available online.

On the community web pages, you will see some of the homes that available in the community. Some homes may be for rent and in come cases we offer ‘lease-to-own’.  In all cases we have homes for sale.

Regardless, you can fill out the form on the community page or call the number to talk live about the latest, up to date information on homes available. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see exactly what you need. We’ve got more homes coming in all of time and those homes may not be posted yet.  The key is to contact us.

If you are interested in a NEW 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bath home,  you can see some floorplans and in some cases take a virtual tour.

One of our most popular, best selling new homes is a 4 bedroom home, called the Pulse 732. This home offers BOTH a living room and family room. Or, one of those spaces can be used as a dining room.  The kitchen is spacious with an island, which everyone really loves.  You can tour this home virtually, right now.

We offer several smaller homes that are still spacious with a well thought out floorplan. Our smaller homes are singlewides, but all offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

3. Apply Online with the FREE Credit Application to buy a home. 

Ok, so the key here is not to be afraid to apply. Lots of folks have some past credit issues. Give it a go. It takes about 15 minutes. You can apply for a specific home at a price, or just pick one randomly.  You will hear back within 24-48 hours and then you will find out what home price you do qualify for, even if it’s below what you applied for. That’s very useful information.

Good news is that you may find out that you are qualified and now you can schedule an on property tour and see the exact house — the one you applied for or other, if you decide you like another one better.

4.  If you skip step 3, you can schedule an appointment on site first and tour homes before you apply. 

Call to set up a meeting at a specific property and meet with the sales reps. They can show you the homes and models.  They can explain the financing options and answer all of your questions.

5.  Book your closing/move in date.

The community manager/sales reps can handle this process with you to make sure that we are both ready for your move-in and BIG welcome!

Option #2 – Rent a Home in One of our Communities

1. Again, head to the community pages of the website and get in contact with us.

 See the steps above. We have many rentals in some locations and a select few at other locations. If you want to rent, we will give you an application and a tour. This is a speedy process! Don’t hesitate to get started!
