  • You’ll fill out an application on our website or in our offices.  It takes about 15-20 minutes. It’s free.  Best yet, we can “hold your hand” to make sure you are comfortable.
• Manager Advocates for You
  • Once completed, the application will first be processed for community approval. Our Four Leaf team will then help guide you through the remainder of the process, answer any general questions you may have, and confirm that your loan application is accurate and complete prior to submission to First Choice MH LLC for financing review.
