Life doesn’t conform to standard business hours, and your new home shopping experience shouldn’t have to either. That’s why we’re proud to offer self-guided home tours as an easier, more convenient alternative to the old way of touring homes.

How it works:

  • Click on the link to schedule your self-tour anytime between 6:00am-9:00pm – 7 days/week.
  • Select the model home.
  • Select a date and 30 minute time slot to view the model home.
  • Provide your credit card info (no charges, just for security reasons) OR do a quick photo ID verification (again, just for security reasons). All information is secure.
  • Receive an access code to enter the home to tour on your own. You will receive a couple of reminder texts.
